What makes Planpanion supply different?
Unlike traditional agencies, Planpanion only offers schools pre-booked morning, afternoon or full-day Key Stage 1 and 2 cover. Bookings for the following day should be made by our 8pm deadline on the evening before. With us, we ask that schools provide planning in advance, enabling our staff to step into your classroom fully prepared and confident. We believe this delivers STRONGER cover, STRONGER teaching and STRONGER learning.

What perks are there when using Planpanion supply?
Being a small, local business, we are committed to offering all schools using us for the first time one pre-booked morning or afternoon cover for free. This will allow you to trial our advance supply, providing us with an opportunity to demonstrate our high-quality service.
If you make more than two bookings within a week using Planpanion supply, additional supply days are charged at cost (minus any agency fees).
From time to time, our supply may be provided by our Director. This means the service can be delivered at cost, wavering agency fees.
All of our staff can be contacted via their professional Planpanion emails, allowing you direct contact with our supply teachers before or after an assignment.
Since we also provide primary educational resources to schools, regular users of our supply services will be given access to planpanion.co.uk for all of their teaching team. This can support their planning and delivery of the national curriculum.
How much is supply cover with Planpanion?
Morning Pre-Booked Cover (30 minutes before school begins, until 30 minutes after lunch time begins).
£134.93 +VAT
Afternoon Pre-Booked Cover (30 minutes before the afternoon begins, until 30 minutes after school end).
£118.06 +VAT
Full-Day Pre-Booked Cover (30 minutes before school begins, until 30 minutes after school end).
£230 +VAT
*There may be a surcharge to cover additional travel costs.
** Schools will be invoiced for all work completed with payment terms of 28 days.
